Hi there!   I Love to Paddle!  Many years ago I discovered that after a few hours  paddling about on the Hudson River, in the sun with nature doing it's  thing, I would be refreshed, revitalized and at peace.  Not so easy for a  speedy Type A!
 

I want to turn you on to something pretty special.   I hope you fall in  love or love how you feel after paddling about for a few hours.  I  promise you'll have fun!
 

Saugerties is a beautiful place to live!  I enjoy the outdoors.  I  run the trails in the Esopus Bend Nature Preserve or Falling Water  Preserve almost daily.  I am an ACA Certified Kayak Instructor  and Red  Cross certified in AED/CPR/First Aid.  I'm honored to serve on the  Stewardship Committee of the Esopus Nature Conservancy.   I'm an active  member of the Saugerties Chamber of Commerce and a partner of  Riverkeeper, the most active and best advocate for the health of  the Hudson River.
